Two Vintage Collectible Norman Rockwell China Coffee Mugs: "Mother and Child" and "Grandmother"
From the Norman Rockwell Museum collection of 1982, these are white ceramic collectible coffee mugs depicting two of Norman Rockwell's classic images: a mother cuddling a small child (Bedtime) and a grandmother sitting wrapped in a shawl (Memories). Each gold rimmed cup has the Rockwell image on one side with verbiage on the opposite side describing the scene and providing poignant context. Each mug has the Norman Rockwell Museum Seal of Approval on its base.
Each mug is 4 1/8" tall and 2 7/8" wide at opening. Each glass holds 8 fluid ounces. Both mugs are in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or loss of color to the image. There is slight gold color loss on the rim of the Grandmother mug. Please see pictures for overall condition.
